ROCk this life Fitness Studio was founded by Carol Murphy and Lindsey Miller, a bi-coastal mother daughter duo with over 50 years of experience in the fitness industry combined.

Carol Murphy, recipient of the 2010 IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year award, is an internationally recognized fitness expert and motivational speaker. Carol has worked as a consultant, master trainer, course instructor and spokesperson for leading companies including Reebok, Drums Alive, Flexi-sports, Qignition, Tabata Bootcamp, TRX and as the Education Director for Resist-A-Ball. Carol is known for her infectious energy and passion to make fitness fun. Carol's innovative, results-oriented workouts have been featured in numerous fitness DVDs, magazines and at conventions worldwide. She has written over 50 instructor training courses, lectures and articles and holds seven national certifications in fitness.

Lindsey Miller is a personal trainer, fitness, dance and yoga instructor based in Los Angeles. She has over 15 years of experience in the dance and fitness industries working alongside top choreographers and fitness professionals in Los Angeles and NYC. As a former professional dancer, she has appeared in television, film, live shows, music videos and fitness videos. Lindsey is the creator of The Remedy, a trainer for Dailyburn.com, Director of Master Trainer Education for PlyoJam, and has been a master trainer for leading companies including Barre Above, The Groove Method, Qignition and Drums Alive. Lindsey has taught and trained clients at some of the top gyms and studios in Los Angeles and NYC including Millennium Dance Complex and Equinox. She has her B.A. in Psychology from Clemson University and holds several national certifications including her 200hr RYT and Prenatal yoga certifications. Lindsey has a motivational podcast, Rock This Life with Lindsey Miller, and a parenting blog, www.rockinmamalife.com. As a personal trainer, instructor and educator, she is committed to providing fun, innovative and scientifically effective programming that promotes a healthy body as well as a healthy mind.
